dads are the greatest

when you marry someone, you're really taking a gamble that their going to be a great dad. although with mitch there were many indicators - every kid flocks to him, he has the energy of a kid, he'll play with kids for hours ("house", "ninja turtles", "jail"), and he's just plain happy all the time - but, i really couldn't be sure. boy, did i luck out....or i guess i should say "boy, did finnley luck out"! mitch is the most amazing dad. he is always willing to change a diaper, put her in the bath, take finnley with him on errands, and even watch her for a long weekend while i hang with my mom and sisters. finnley lights up when he comes home. for her, dad time is play time. mitch wants finnley to experience it all, and she has. i feel so blessed to have this happy, laid back, energetic, hard working husband as my finner's dad.
...and who can forget THIS guy! My dad. I lucked out myself. He is so selfless, generous, funny, hard working, and puts his family before anything else. I love my dad tons and tons, and hope he knows how much me and my family appreciate him. (He's a great grandpa too)
...and, of course, my father-in-law. He adores Finnley, loves his family, and has raised an amazing son for me to have as my own!
Thanks to all the WONDERFUL dad's out there, and HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
