It's a Pizza Party (not the kind you eat)...

We were SOOOOO excited when we found out that the Pizza's were coming to Disneyland! They spent a week in SoCal with Lindsey's family playing at the Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, and of course the Happiest Place on Earth! We love the Sorensen family and couldn't wait to join them for a fun-filled day (which only made us wish they lived down here by us)! Finnley and Will picked up right where they left off. They were so cute chasing each other around, exploring, and giving hugs.
In typical Finnley style, she smashed her face and freaked us all out! After riding King Titan's carousel, Finnley wacked her chin on the nose of a sea horse. She grabbed her mouth and when I pulled it away, there was blood - Ahh! I noticed that her bottom three teeth had jammed into her lip. Then I noticed she had a cut on the outside of her lip too. Yikes! Did her teeth go all the way through?? We were taken to the Disney Medical Facilities (this was first) where they took great care of us. Turns out Finnley's teeth did go into her lip, but not all the way...whew! Her top tooth or the sea horse must have caused the cut on the outside. Finnley got to wear a Nurse Minnie sticker along side her "Honorary Citizen of Disneyland" pin, as well as a princess band-aid across her chin (which only lasted about 15 minutes). I was so glad we didn't have to leave the park and find a hospital to stitch up our girl (for the second time). Sorry for the drama Pizzas!Finnley LOVES the parades...especially the Pixar parade at California Adventure. She gets so excited about what is coming next. She has to tap us or get our attention and then say "Mom...Mater!" "Mom...Boo!" It is the cutest thing. At the end of the parade she looked up at Mitch and me and said "more"? Ahh...heart-breaker!Lindsey has some fun sister-in-laws. The funny thing is they all have names that start with Lind... then throw me into the mix and it gets pretty confusing. We are pretty used to it after going on a cruise together and training and running a half together. You all just end up looking in the direction of the name and quickly figuring out who is trying to get which Lindsay's attention. It was such a fun day. Finnley finally fell asleep while on Mitch's shoulders after fighting nap-time all day. We miss our friends already, and Can NOT wait for you them to come back. Remember...you PROMISED!
