Everybody received a lei as they arrived, Finnley made sure of that, and we had a Hawaiian theme going with the food. Pineapple upside down cake, fruit kabobs, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, strawberry spinach salad, Hawaiian sweet rolls, and Hawaiian punch.
Ashley is one of the sweetest people around. I've never seen her angry, or even frazzled, and she leaves you feeling like you need to be better. Plus, she is uber talented! We are going to miss her and her cute family when they move. Hmmm, maybe we'll just have to make plans to go and visit.
Because they are moving to HI, we decided to throw Ash a gift card shower to make their packing a little easier. Rather than writing everyone a thank you note for the same thing, she made this cute frame and brought everyone a magnet as a thank you. Such a cute idea. Thanks Ashley. We'll miss you, and wish you the very best in the next few weeks! (Can you believe she is due in abt. three weeks? Hello, where is the baby bump!)
