We had a great time cheering on our BYU Cougars at the PureVision Las Vegas Bowl a few weeks ago. BYU beat Oregon 38 to 8. Although Mitch isn't the biggest BYU fan (or isn't one at all) he was a good sport and cheered on the Mountain West Conference! Our favorite part was the fly over at the beginning of the game and this huge American Flag they put across the field. It was awesome!
It got down to a chilly 38 degrees, so we bundled up in our coats and gloves and enjoyed some water-downed stadium hot chocolate.
We checked out the Aquarium at Mandalay Bay. You can't really see it, but I'm mimicking a Bud-ah that is behind me. Can you believe how big that belly is!?!
