Last weekend a few of us girls escaped down to Corona del Mar for a little ladies' overnighter. We started with dinner at PF Chang's in Old Town Pasadena, and then made the trip south. It was a lot of fun, although I wouldn't call it relaxing. We stayed up until almost 4 AM talking and dancing to the X-Box Kinect. It was hilarious! The next morning we woke up pretty early, and either went for a walk or run. After breakfast we headed down to the beach to tan up our pasty bodies. Now that was relaxing! Sitting on the beach, no kids in sight, and only moving voluntarily - it was a nice treat.
A great big thanks to the husbands for letting us getaway!
