Our Day...

Our day in Montana is pretty routine. As the sun rises the kids start rising as well. By about 9:00 am the whole crew is up and ready for breakfast. Next up, we all head out for a morning walk. The kids hop on bikes and scooters, while the adults manage the strollers. We are quite the parade, and have considered decorating our bikes just to look legit!

These girls are inseparable!

Next up...its round one of water sports. Skiing, jet skiing, boating, wake-boarding, tubing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boating - you name it. The kids have been so brave and willing to try new stuff, and are really improving.

After a morning on the lake, we head over to city beach for some huckleberry ice cream, for me, or bubblegum, chocolate, oreo, etc. Mmm. There's nothing better than a big ice cream on a warm day.

Round Two...almost all of us pile into the boat to get our turn on the water.

Then, it's more playtime. More throwing each other in the water, more swimming, more jumping off the boat and dock, more hot tubbing, more, more, more.

Last, but definitely not least, dinner. Last night we had yummy chicken and beef skewers from the DeHarts. We ate outside, and enjoyed the most amazing view, while chatting and laughing. The night is topped off with either s'mores, cookies and ice cream, huckleberry and peach pies, or some sort of delicious dessert.

After the kids go to bed, its either a movie, UNO, or Shark Week time.
Tonight, its Shark Week on the tube and I don't think Mitch will be up for surfing for a while - they are focusing on West Coast attacks!

And then, good night.

uhhhh yeah, you are BUSTED for posting pics of me! This was a NO picture year for me at Whitefish! We miss you---wish we could have stayed longer. I think of you every morning as I am doing laundry or running the kiddos around...missing our morning walks! Love you! You are forgiven.
