We had a fun, relaxing 4th of July. As you know, this year the 4th was on a Sunday, so we laid low, had a yummy dinner and then headed up to the foothills of La Canada to watch the fireworks overlooking the cities of La Canada, Pasadena, and South Pasadena. It reminded me of living in Salt Lake and watching the fireworks from the benches - made me a little homesick actually! The best show was definitely the Rose Bowl's, but we saw tons of mini shows going on all over. It was gorgeous.
This lasted for about five minutes....but it was a good idea! Isn't he the cutest!?
I sure do love this country of ours! Hope you had a great 4th of July - we definitely did.
